Hi Lovey:
Thanks for the update. Sorry you have been sick. Maybe it's a healing crisis due to the start of the UT? Just a guess. Hope you are feeling good again real soon.

Ritz,
Hi there! = )
Unfortunately, the sickness is only a cold or flu--not a healing crisis. I wish it were :) Actually, I am doing wonderful. I am eating just about everything and
anything I want for the first time in years. Turkey still gives me
problems, so I am trying to stay away from meat. I may do that permanently.
The reason I have been eating a lot of the "bad" foods is to see just how much better my body tolerates foods and I have had wonderful results with urine therapy.
I saw the biggest difference in the first three weeks and after that I have
not had major improvements, but on the other hand, I am just about completely
better now, so what's to improve? = ) I smell a little now only when I get very upset. I said something stupid in front of a large crowd and it made me break out into an aweful sweat and I knew I stunk, but I also noticed it was nowhere near
as bad as it was before UT.
My skin does break out in acne or get oily when I eat meat, fried in olive oil potatotes and cashews, but that's most of it. For a while I was practically living on potatoes and then started living on cashews...so even now after being on UT for over a month, my body still refuses to allow me to eat them again. It will let me have a Snickers bar with less problems than a handful of cashews. lol. Now that I've tested out a lot of foods, I've decided to cut back on the bad ones so I can just heal faster.
It would be a great idea for you to continue to research UT and check out Yahoo's site for Urine Therapy. There are people in there who have healed themselves also with this remedy. The best way to see if it works is to try it yourself though. If you are not on medication, take a sip of it and see how much better you look and feel in just a few short hours. That's more proof in itself :)
Feel free to write me a letter in my regular e-mail any time. I always check the "allow visitors to e-mail you" dial so people can. Plus I check my e-mail more than once a day and will respond faster = )

where exactly on Yahoo is this site, I am very interested in UT. Also how bad were your smells and how did people react to it or what would they say in your presence.

Here is the Yahoo UT site:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/urine_therapy/
As far as my smells? I was one of the unlucky people who had both fecal and garbage odor at the same time. Most cooked foods made me smell like poop and everything else made me smell like a garbage dump--even raw fruits and veggies.
I cleared out lines at the cash register. People would be standing there and all the sudden they would look stunned and then they would suddenly turn to glare at me. It was pretty obvious "who" stunk. I've heard people say things like, "Gain way!", "Who farted?", "It's okay as long as you hold your breath", "Something stinks. OMG, it's her. I'm not getting any closer", "Oh it's her that smells", etc.. I was tormented. I work in an office of cubicles lined up and faced what I call a "gauntlet of sniffs" just walking down the isle. Even when I didn't hear nasty comments, people would make nasty physical jestures, like holding their nose and fanning as they stood to talk to me. I would come near and would hear, "Oh no!" because they knew I was coming by my smell, even though they were in a cubicle and couldn't see me. It's been tough.
I've been on UT for 40 days. Now I can walk by people without getting their attention. It's only when I get really nervous that I start breaking out in a major sweat and then I can tell I start to smell, but nowhere near like how much I did before. My bad breath is a lot better now....Sometimes there is no bad breath at all and sometimes there is. I also keep catching a cold from my son and it's hard for the body to heal while the immune system is compromised with colds. Nonetheless, I'm still seeing improvements and hope to see more.

Thanks for replying, I really appreciate that........I guess we both have the same problem....as my experiences run almost exactly word for word, especially with the "man it stinks in here" or "something don't smell right" and the ever present "who farted." So I have just become a member of that UT site and was wondering if you could tell me where those posts were of the people who said they cured themselves of this.....I know you are getting better but before I do this UT I would like to read their posts first. Thanks Lovey I hope you can remember or at least point me in the general direction of those posts and I also appreciate you being so open in trying to combat this mysterious illness and your courage in going to work everyday. Before I go, do people still sniffle and say things when in your cubicle, even if your not nervous?

Hi Lovey:
After doing a lot of reading about UT, I decided to try it. About two weeks ago, I started with drops under my tongue, and have worked my way up to one cup a day. Today was actually the first day I tried one cup. There have been some benefits such as better sleep, less constipation, and clear skin, but so far I can't see any improvement in my body odor. It may even be worse. I think it's because the UT is cleaning everything out, but it's hard to be patient and let it just do the work. Did things get worse for you in the beginning. How long do you think it took before the body was noticeably less?
My other question to you is have you stayed on one cup of first morning urine each day, or have you increased or changed your dosage? I never did find the information on Yahoo about the others who had success improving their b.o. Can you tell me how much UT they took each day. I feel like I could really use some guidance in this.
I also want to say that I admire you so much for persevering through this whole tramatic situation. I wish I had your strength and courage. I just quit a job I loved so much because of too much persecution. Couldn't deal with it anymore. I hope (with the help of people like you) to be back out there one day. Thanks, Lovey.

Ritz,
As for the Urine Therapy forum, you can e-mail me and I will forward you as much information as I can that will lead you to what you want so you don't have to search.
It took about two weeks for my food allergies to start going away and for the odor to begin to diminish. From then on, it gets better every day. It's a slow process, but for as long as I've been doing it so far, it seems to be improving consitently.
I also do the salt water cure(Quinton Plasma), I've done many colonics and such over time that has probably contributed to my health improving so fast with UT. My body was already cleaned out, especially my colon and liver. So I those cleanses made the job easy for the UT by moving those bad health obsticles out of the way.
Nonetheless, as you increase your urine intake, you will notice your stool will become slightly soft and sometimes even liquidy. That is because urine is an awesome diarrhetic(sp?). You should notice it between 45 mintues to a few hours after you take UT. This is very good for your colon.
If you are noticing improvements in your skin and feeling more alert and less tired, it is doing everything you should expect it to at this point.
Have you noticed any symptoms of food or chemical sensitivites besides odor? Like Acne, watery itching eyes, etc? Those symptoms going away will mean that the food that is causing you to smell is no longer causing you to smell. Your body odor probably isn't worse. It takes time for UT to turn things around. A speeding train can't stop and immediately turn around and go in the other direction and neither can your health. I think now that you are taking more UT, you will see bigger and bigger improvements. I myself drink 8 oz per day and I have been for...I think since the first week, but I don't remember extactly...It's journaled in my BLOG. = )
I look forward to your e-mail = )
