I went to the bathroom 4 times and lost a lot more MP! As soon as I began eating regular food again, the ropes just wanted to come out. They didn't seem to be like tar as much as the ones I got on my 5th day of Blessed Herbs. I really think I got a lot of the nasties out.
The main things I've noticed about my health is that my body:
1. Itches a little less, but still itches.
2. Food doesn't taste as good to me--even though I eat healthy. Before Blessed Herbs, I thought of foods like pizza and breaded chicken as poison. I had little
interest in eating them because I saw them as such. Since I started BH, I've been craving all the bad food and I STILL crave it. Is that weird?
3. I've felt very weak over the past 24 hours and still do.
4. My skin looks a tiny bit better--less wrinkles in the palms of my hands. My skin just looks more hydrated.
5. My largest psoriasis patch is barely noticeable, but part of that credit goes to Purell hand sanitizer..That stuff helps psoriasis a lot. But I know the BH cleanse helped too because I stopped using the Purell while I was cleansing.
I think it takes time for the blood to be cleansed once the MP is removed from the intestines. I don't think the body can clear out all the toxins within the 5 days. We put our bodies through a lot as it is washing away the MP. I will update again soon with any new changes. Feel free to e-mail me any time. | I really think if you get up to 20grams of chlorella your cravings will stop. Mine have :) actually, all of my digestive problems are GONE!
