Mudra and Mantra to Help Balance the Throat- 5th Body
When your 5th body is strongly developed you have the ability to sacrifice.
Self-sacrifice means sacrificing your lower self so that your higher self can
serve humanity.
The 5th body gives a sense of balance to your life-a person with a developed
5th body takes time for himself.
With a strong 5th body you will naturally move towards teaching.
Teaching involves sacrifice (L sacrificium: to make sacred) of time &
vitality so that others may have vitality to experience their own inner merit.
In Buddhi Mudra chant " Ra, ra, ra, ra; Ma, ma, ma, ma; Rama, rama, rama,
rama; Sa Ta Na Ma "
Vigorous Yoga and Breath of Fire also builds a strong 5th body. I have witnessed your
strength and dedication, and sheer power you bring to your practice..so keep
going!
Even though sipping water can help it can also put out the tapas we are
trying to build. It may be helpful at first but it has been my experience that when
the siddhis come into play you are not the one doing the chanting
anymore...you don't have any experience with your throat or voice. Maybe you are chanting
so powerfully( I saw power as your way :)) you could be blocking the energy
flow in your throat? Akin to pulling locks so powerfully that you experience
the energy surge but also block the energy for long term use, pulsation,
radiance etc? Just a few thoughts...
