Today has been very hard, i have been battling myself from eating, everywhere i turn i want to just quit the idea of a fast. And this is day one, if this is the way it is what will happen in day two and three, or twenty...i don't know whether i should just quit before i've even really began. I have to focus more on the end i suppose, i'm just holding on by the grace of God, right now, my head is heavy, my eyes are dry i feel really down, i'm hoping tomorrow will be better. Went to mass today at 0630 in the morning and had holy communion. i prayed tthat it would sustain me the whole day. hope that i can hold on to that.
in the morning i weighed myself 180lbs (i gained five pounds yesterday eating a pizza and guzzling coke. Well i'm cranky today and a little down, lets see what tomorrow brings.
