Blog: Waterfasting
| Hello everyone i am back sorry that i haven't post in the last week but i had a really bad cold and like i said in my last post i had to stop my water fast because the medicine i was taking. But last night i decided to start my water fast today because i feel much better now. Now my daughter is sick i guess the change in weather is getting everyone sick. This morning i am going to do a sea salt flush just to clean my colon a little just to get off to a good start. I won't be getting on the scale today to check my weight because of all days i decided to start my water fast my Menstrual cycle decided to start the same day.L.O.L. I no during my Menstrual i gain weight and i don't want to give a false weigh in so i will wait to get on the scale until my menstrual is over which is in 4 to 5 days. Well i hope everyone have a great day and i will post again tomorrow to let everyone know how i am feeling. Bye!!!

| I had the same cold. Came pretty close to going to the doctor too but it's going away now. Nice to see you back!

| I am water fasting starting today and I have done it before I will be fasting 15 days, my blog is on here as well, just look for my name. But I see u r trying and we could support onenothers journeys through blogging and comments. I know I can do it, and I kno u can too, stay focused!!!!!!
