    Well today has been a very strange day, it started off with me feeling fine but very weak (was getting a lot of head rush upon standing) I ate a small serving of prawns in mayonnaise, and had an energy drink which although very difficult to eat, made me feel a lot better (although still a little dizzy)and I have recently had a very small serving of corned beef and rice with a full sugar drink, which again was a little difficult to consume, but has aided in making me feel what I believe is 100% (no more dizzyness or head rush.)

    I found it very strange that I found it difficult eating today, as even though I have been able to resist I have maintained my appitite throughout the fast, apart from today where even the sight of food made me feel ill, but my appitite seems to be returning, which I am glad about :)

    But even though I feel better, I think im going to take a few days out from blogging :) maybe until the begginging of the week, just to ensure that im ok, and to work out what it is im going to do, but I will be back, as I still have a long way to go, but just want to ensure that im ok doing it :) (Im gonna have to stop if this is jeperdising my health :( I do believe that it was the tea that I drank that engouraged the events of this morning, but dont want to take any chances, but I will update you in a few days either way :)

      I am not sure how much you have researched water fasting, but if you consume anything other than water - no lemon, lime, herbal or green tea, etc - you are not fasting correctly. And, if you EAT anything you have broken the fast, your body immediately changes gears and is out of ketosis and is in another non fasting mode. You must RE-SET to Day 1.
      How you break the fast is also vitally important. Your body needs to be slowly introduced to foods staring with diluted fruit juice and then moving on to vegetable fruit drinks (fresh) and raw food which have the enzymes you need.

      You broke your fast with shrimp and mayonnaise? And then you cninued from your counting in the twenties? Where to begin?

      I hope you are doing well now but fear for your health if you take on such a fast without necessary research and or guidance which is abundantly available on the web.

      Perhaps you did this just to lose weight. Most do it for many other reasons so adhere to the program. For me it is a way to re-order or shakeup my relationship with food and embark on a healthier way of eating so I am never again looking at 30 pounds overweight and feel better.
