Blog: My Water Fasting Journal
Today imgetting my mind ready to fast for 4 days. I chose only a four day fast to get me started to put me in the mood for a even longer one afterward. I have been meaning to get back in shape for months now. I have gained almost 20 pounds since july. I was 130-135 in june but then when I got a new job my weight went up fast. I started beinging like crazy at lunch (one of the benifits is a big free lunch at work, also need to change my eating habits :p). Now im 148 and hating it. I am 5'3" and at this wieght I am officaily overweight now. I feel bad and I want to be fit, more fit than last time.
My goal is to get down to a goal weight of either 110-115 pounds. Which would set my weight in a healthy weight range for my body structure and my height. I really miss fasting and after months of failed attepts in fasting im going to be more serious. Now is the time, even though it is the holiday season and every one is going to be eating good food, I want more dicpline in my life and more focus, besides there will be other christmases in the future to celebrate. I dont want to wait until news years to make my resulusion, im making it now.
Now is a time to change my life I am still young and can make a difference with my life.
