    Today's Intake:

    2 apples
    1 Grapefruit
    1 Lemon
    2 Inches Pineapple

    -Delicious.

    1 Grapefruit
    2 Carrots
    1 Garlic clove
    1/4 beetroot
    2 Cabbage leaves
    2 apples

    -I really didn't think this one would be good, but I was pleasantly surprised! I absolutely hate carrots, but I couldn't taste them! I might start mixing carrots in my fruit drinks. Oh, and btw, i'm doing one "recipe" drink each day, which are specific to my detox needs. And the other drink is of my choosing. That way, i'll have at least one drink each day that i'll actually enjoy!

    Today's Output:
    -#1 was very regular, as usual
    -#2 this morning was very runny. And then once more after my enema. But I noticed something weird in my waste. It seemed almost like there were some small weeds in it, if that makes sense. Who knows, maybe whatever it was could have been sitting in my colon for years...until now!

    Weight:135.5

    -Wow, this is shocking. Just two months ago i was weighing in at about 152-155 ibs. Have I seriously lost 20 pounds? I didn't think that was possible considering how skinny I already am. I have already received comments from people who don't know what i'm doing that i'm getting skinnier.

    Today's Physical outlook:
    -I felt weak practically all day. Almost no energy. It was pretty tough making it through work. Climbing the ladder exhausted me. Then at band practice I felt even weaker. This is definitely the first part of the fast where i've felt like this. Hopefully it will be the only!
    -Little to know hunger attacks. Besides the low energy, I felt pretty normal as far as my appetite.

    Today's Mental outlook:
    -I thought about food a lot. I seriously cannot wait until this is all over. I have so many food ideas its insane. I have it pretty much all mapped out. Its going to be glorious.
    -I got pressured by one of my co-workers to eat something today. He didn't know I was on the fast, and he's usually one to make fun of me b/c of the health nut that I am. I didn't tell him about the fast. I just told him "no thanks," and he laughed and said something along the lines of, "oh, figures." I'm trying to keep this thing as secret as i can, but the truth gets out there.
    -My roomate said he's worried about me. But i'm not worried. Anyone who says this is a bad idea has no idea what they're talking about. Juice fasting is one of the best things anyone could ever do for their health.
    -I'm beginning to forget what food is like. I can't even imagine. Its only been 4 days and it feels like months. Going a full month like this seems absolutely insane. Anyone who has made it 7 days gets kudos. But anyone that has made it a month...I will bow before you in adoration. Three more days. I can hardly wait until its over!

      Don't rely on the weight loss like it will stay off. I lost 25 lbs on my first juice fast but since your body slows its metabolism down, you will gain it back a lot faster than if you was to workout and lose it. I am on the P90X workout routine and doing small juice fasts now and hopefully I will keep it off this time. It looks great to lose that weight, but trust me, you will gain every bit + more if you do not exercise or stay on an extreme diet afterwards. In a way it is kind of worse if you are doing this for weight loss only. Just keep in mind that a juice fast should be for health and not necessarily weight control, whereas exercise and diet together will keep the weight off for sure. I am sure you already know all of this, but it is good for other people to know and not get all gong ho and miss the true reason of doing a juice fast.
