  • Back Online -- and Back to Raw   by  The Wanted     15 y     2,750       2 Messages Shown       Blog: 100% Raw Vegan on This Cooked Planet

My Internet was down for a day and a half, just got it fixed -- yea!

Last night I had a slip-up. It was late at night and I had not eaten enough and there were leftovers in the refrigerator. I ended up eating the X-rated leftovers. I know if I were to continue eating that kind of food soon I would have more foot pain and other physical problems. I'm going to look it up in my book about addictions too and see if there are any good pointers.

It is hard for me right now. It is the lack of variety of food. I have about 3-4 different meals I can make and that's about it. And mono eating is not enough for me to stay interested for long.

I know I need to accentuate the positive and look at the headway I have been making. I really have been eating a very high-raw diet, especially for the past 3 months, and it only gets better. And it's up to me to keep it getting better and better.

Back to work now. Lost some time with the Internet down!

P.S. Your kind prayers to support my overcoming the food addiction are much appreciated!!

    Michele

I like how you call the food x-rated. I have to imagine the cross and bones over the "other" food because I know it is poison to me.

Your posting has inspired me, so please keep up the good work! You are doing great. I don't want dairy anymore and that's really good for me. Cheese has always been a weakness, just because we were brought up with it. I know my meals digest and transit better without dairy and now I just don't want it messing with my program!

You might try adding different spices to your mono meals. Maybe a different one each time. Who knows, it might make all the difference for you.

God wants you well and I'll pray for you.
