HELP.. Is this a parasite?

Please can any one help, my four year old has lots of Mucus and weird things in stools. Doctor says it is only food/ But something is not right. She has just had the worst experience at hospital/ I got into a conflict with a consultant because he sent her home still unwell. After me complaining we got MRI through pals..She had fecal impactation and Uro sepsis. She would of died if went home. Consultant wrote bad report about me that was not true, to cover himself. As a mom I feel something not right. Cant afford to take her private at the mo...
