What tapeworm is this? Spirometra? I can’t seem to cure.

Oh and the middle left hand pic is of a parasite growing dr Bronner’s peppermint Castile soap. I had the bottle (new) opened in my shower for ONE DAY and put epsom salt in it so for anyone who thinks this stuff will kill skin parasites, it won’t.
