Dead parasite under skin during cleanse?? Please help identify

I've been doing a parasite cleanse for over a week now. Had awful crawling sensations in my nostrils and have sneezed many things out. This has now appeared under my skin. It doesn't move but I have no idea how my body is meant to get this thing out? Anyone know what it is? Thank you. Feeling desperate.
