What is this? Parasite or Candida?

My 3 yr old has been wetting herself and have been pooping pebbles for a long time now. I did a kid’s enema on her tonight and she only held it for max of 2mins. She first pooped out just the enema, but then 10 mins later a good amount of this stuff came out. Thoughts?
