Scalp

My scalp itches. I put conditioner on my head and scalp last night. I left it in until this morning. I used a lice comb. I poured peroxide over the lice comb and this is what is on the comb. Is it nothing? Is it worms? Is it eggs? Fourth year of being sick thinking I have a parasite infection.
