Upper pallate infection

Does anyone know what this looks like? I have been plagued with sinus infections for a few years and have a blocked eustachian tube. I noticed the roof of my mouth felt rough and took a picture of what appears to be trails (maybe 3 or 4) on the rook of my mouth.
