Desperate for help identifying

i have excrutiating abdominal pain bloating and never feel completely empty! Most times it feels as if there is twisting scraping sorta feeling. Tummy makes gurgling and never hungry yet constant bloating and have gained weight. My dental health has even declined drastically. I get tons of foul thick mucus discharge and often what is seen in photo. Like worms or something. They are never moving once expelled! It is consuming my life and my marriage! I resort to enemas just to get immediate relief but comes right back. I have had cat scans ultrasounds even swallowed a camera pill virtual endoscooy! I feel a constant gnawing misery ache near my liver 24/7! I gave up hope with doctors and on my own! Cant even be intimate with husband due to fatigue and agony! Can anyone tell me what this is? Oh i also check my pH few times week and can never get past acidic levels! I honestly feel like i am slowly dying and even thought of ending my life due to this embarrassing misery that ive had now for 2.5 years and it all started right when I hit early menopause at 42 and post menopause at 43 and not on any hormone replacement therapy! Please can anyone guide me?????
