Tapeworm casings?

Over a 7 day period and beyond a handful of what appears to be tapeworm casing were extracted. Here is a closeup after they were removed from undigested food fiber, cleaned, soaked in a water / bleach solution for 10 mins and allowed to air dry before photographing.
