Tapeworm fragment 5

This is to reference size. Left show fragment or segments I assume are consistent with a tapeworm.... 3/8" wide and here longer than an inch. The right is a liver flute? Not sure. Fragments were collected by place stool sample in fine mesh sieve and running water over it until such fragments remained. Fragments were then placed in a 2;1 water / bleach solution for 10 mins to kill any harmful bacteria and then allowed to air dry before photographing.
