Enema produced 16 inch long. I expelled after enema of 2 T raw cider vinegar, distilled water 2 cups 101°, 20 drops of Oregano Oil, 1 teaspoon DE, 2 T lemon juice, 2 teaspoons Himalayan pink sea salt, 20 drops (therapeutic grade) garlic oil. After drinking herbal tea infused with cloves & strained. Infuse by adding ground cloves to hot water & slow to sit until cool. Strain. Only use raw unfiltered honey if needed & distilled water. Also drink 6 ounces of papaya nectar (Knudsen Farms) because I don't trust Farmers market fresh papayas.
