Candida rhizomes OR roundworm? Help!

Hi there, I have been detoxing and seeing these things in my stilool or on their own since April... they didn't show all throughout may and now they're back trying to eliminate themselves as I have been going hard with the anti fungal and detoxing my liver. Can someone please advise what they think it is? I have had some of these up to 40 cm long! And some are covered in mucous plaque, some come out in groups and some on their own. I hopE my body is going into recovery! I have suffered with bowel disease for 7 years so I hope this is the Crux of my issue. Thank you!!
