What is this? Hemmeroids?

So basically I've had some stool changes like alternating constipation and diarea which could just be IBS I suppose. I've also had bright red blood on the toilet paper. Does this look like hemmeroids? My main concern is the dark red part more on the inside. Is that a normal color for hemmeroids?
