This guy came out after extreme gas, and without any intentional effort. Exited on it's own without anything else in the toilet. It was about 5-6 inches long. This is what inspired by parasite cleanse, which resulted in great results, but I am not convinced everything is gone.

The only thing I can think of is a trip to Mexico in 2013 which resulted in major food poisoning on the last day.
