Light blood discharge with particles

I peed and wiped myself and found this. Its light pink with particles in it. I don't feel any pain. But I've had some type of infection or problen for a few months that's causing me diarrhea. I've gotten different discharges in the past months. I usually get utis , yeast infections and BV. Does anyone know what this can be?
