colon

I have had a lot of digestive problems that no one can figure out. I keep getting these ever so often when i have a bowel movement. I have had a colonoscopy and the doctor removed a precancerous polyp. Since then i have a lot of pain eating and always bloated and sick. My blood results have come back good besides thyroid and IBD. But nothing internally is inflamed. These are yellow brownish filled like sacs. they are not parasites or fatty substance. I have had my poop tested everything comes back fine. Any one know what these are??
