third week of Doxycycline 100mg/twice a day, Ivermectin 6am, low dosing 14-25mg/kg 3-4 doses throughout day. Fenbendazole 1x a week on Sunday, 4.6mg/kg, roughly 3/4-1teaspoon for 77kg.

Lower dosing over longer period of time has been more successful. When infection set in from mass die off, loss of hair was extreme with the use of Albendazole, so I switched to Doxycycline 100mg/Day, then when infection started turning colors in mucus, I went to 200mg/Day. When that did not improve after four days, I added 500mg/Keflex twice a day. Mucus has stayed a thick white and stringy. The microscopic worms and threads in the lungs/mucus has been heavy. But breathing has improved. I have continued with the prazi low pulse dosing between 14mg-25mg/kg a day and will continue for full 30 days with the am Ivermectin and Doxycycline.
