fungi critters in my hair? or Magellons?

I have been living a nightmare these last 4 months...its like a curse..This is just the last month my hair has things like this..also tries to tie ends at make of neck...I have different skin rashes. Been to 3 ER visits and 3 drs...finally got so crazy that my clinic..yeap, low income that's how they treat ya! Referred me to a detmatogist. I will be seeing next Tuesday..but anyway..the 1st so called derm apt..was pics at a wellness center...Emailed me..Exatraction? Idk, basically me scratching ..uh no! I have no nails.. But what is this in my hair? Has anyone had this? Please tell me I'm not a freak of nature..
