This is a typical single client use speculum used with modern colon hydrotherapy (colonic) systems. It comes in a sealed plastic pouch and is immediately discarded after being used.

The purified water inflow connects to the thin connector at the top that sticks out an an angle, and after the obturator is removed (the part at the right), a larger waste tube is connected here and the other end directly into the plumbing system.
