parasite ”nest” sore on leg

This is the "nest" sore that would not heal on my left calf. I put Ivermectin paste directly onto it and little larvae started coming out all around it. Notice that they are in a circle around the original, larger sore. Also notice that some of them are in twos, with one smaller and one larger hole. This is how they usually come out, in twos like that. You can't see it now, but the middle had three large holes in a triangle shape inside it, indicating that it was a nest. Nests will not heal until all the larvae are dead. I've had them stay for months while I gradually picked larvae out of them with tweezers, then it would heal.
