this is what comes out of me after doing a coffee enema, aloe enema, or yogurt enema usually the next day. My doctor says this is mucus. I say it's a worm. I am not going to stop doing enemas until they are gone. I want to get rid of these I don't care if it's naturally or un naturally. I just want them gone. Been dealing with this for 3 years now.
