what are these and how do i get rid of them flat worm thread things sometimes clusters of small ones knotted with shell or seed looking casings supplements are not killing all of them and i detox these regulary for the past year off and on they seem to clear up then come right back and make me super sick and lethargic and many more symptoms???!
