Parasites Forum 01 Parasite4. Help! I have had diarrhea for weeks now, stomach appears bloated at times, lost about 10 pounds in 2 months and am not working out or eating good. Sleep is completely off and extreme stomach and muscle cramps along with joint pain. Also was very nauseas and vomiting 2 days ago. Please help! Is this some sort of parasite/worm?
