I have dealt with this on and off for ten years. Dry, flaky, red, itchy, cracked lips. My dermatologist said I had contact dermatitis. A patch test showed I had a slight reaction to only isopropyl myristrate - except none of my products contain this! There is no rhyme or reason for it to flare up - or go away! Suggestions?! Steroid creams help but it always comes back. I can't use most chap sticks. Pertroleum products seem to irritate
