Can anyone tell me what all these 'seeds' are that I am passing in my stool? They are all roughly the same size, hard shelled, with white substance inside, I also have had some soft oval shaped 'seeds'. I have been feeling awful for a long time, constipation, diarrhea, occasional vomiting and ruq pain, cold sweats and fatigue. I thought I had gallstones, but are these objects more likely to be parasites?
