Parasitic Elimination. I've had several of these with multiple parasites contained within each one. The smaller one in the center of the picture is a separate bunch. I find the white frilly thing quite interesting and wonder if it is where it had been attached or if it was something that was like a feeding tube for the colony contained within. The larger of the two, the serpent, was nearly 10 inches long and the girth larger than an inkpen in some spots. There are liver flukes in the background.
