Capsule Case?

I have recently passed quite a lot of these little 1" X 1" plastic type of flat things. I've checked my supplements and they all say veggie caps. Funny thing is that I haven't been taking my supplements much lately to have a break from them,so if this is what builds up in your bowel I will never take anothr capsule again without opening it up and adding it to a smoothie or something. I hope someone can help.
