A Forums Ask Humaworm DSC05442; PLEASE HELP ME! What is this?

Not to be GROSS, but this came out in one long piece. I can hardly sleep at night now, and am afraid to use the restroom.

Doctors will not do stool check for me; they only want to do surgery! I am not excited about that.
