is this filaria worms

What is this microscopic worm coming out of my skin my boyfriend lorenz has it too he was getting sores everywhere but I have healed my sores with alcahol baths and taking clove pills they still bite me at night and I don't even know if its contagious please help as I just moved into my families home and there's children here
