BP averages Yearly
Chart of blood pressure averages from 1998 thru 2011, based on almost 31,000 blood pressure readings. As can be seen in the chart, my blood pressure was very unhealthy from 1998 thru 2004. I was able to reduce my blood pressure thru a small meal, frequent eating, low glycemic, low calorie diet of around seven meals per day. I also have a demanding physical exercise program, and I avoid toxic fumes in my home, especially from VOCs.
