Hi, I really need your help. I need to know what kind of parasite is this if you could tell me I would REALLY appreciate it. I have this in my stool for 2 years now, and I took a picture of it because this is the only evidence since on the testing they say that everything is ok and that I don't have any parasite.

I am so sad, because I feel tired all the time, my candida got worse in my mouth, like my immune system is so bad. I used Vermox pills for a few times, but this thing is always here :(((

Please if anyone can tell me what could this be and how can I get rid of that...
