Please help me!!

i've been finding these almost everyday for the past 2 months. they seem to measure 1 - 3 inches long. having severe bloating, cramps, gas, sharp pain, and randomly developed intolerance to lactose and gluten. Poop has been slimy, covered in mucus, and smelling AWFUL. Doctors took stool samples and told me nothing was wrong... OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING IS WRONG> PLEASE HELP ME>
