Illustrating a pressing in process, with all three stainless bowls. The 5 1/4" diameter by 2" high Pressing Bowl is pressed against the metal stud attached to the top beam of the tincture press. This forces the tincture from the herb bulk, in the muslin sack, through the small holes in the middle Squeezing Bowl, out into the larger Collection Bowl, which is later poured through a funnel into storage bottles. All in all, a pretty quick process taking less time than writing about it.
