A Forums Ask MH DSC 0448

I have been having severe stomach issues for the past 3 years. I have seen every specialist there is, done endoscopy, colonoscopy, blood work, x-rays, ultrasounds, tested for parasites, gone to the emergency room. After my 3rd cleansing product this happened today. I'm going to the doctor with the pictures and the actual thing. Meanwhile is this what I think it is? Is this a freaking parasite? If so what kind, and next is it possible that after all these tests and doctors it could have gone undiagnosed?
