What are white bits?? Gallstones?? Polyps?

I want to identify what the white, rubbery-hard (not calcium-hard) pieces are that came out every day in a cleanse I did in Spa Samui, in Thailand, on Rich Anderson's herbal cleanse with colemas. I only took 2 liver flush drinks during the week because they made me sick. I had good results and felt better. I knew I had had gallbladder polyps from an ultrasound; I thought these white pieces might be polyps coming out. But my doctor said they are attached to the gallbladder lining and they will not come out like gallstones would. I went back for an ultrasound, and the polyps were still there.
So what are these then? could they be early gallstones which are not quite hard yet? Or something in the colon? I would really like to know. ANd if I would like to know if polyps can be flushed out, and also whether gallstones show up in an ultrasound. How can the ultrasound person tell the difference between polyps and gallstones?
