This is from my modified 1/2 cleanse where I do not ingest epsom salt in the morning. Instead, I take 3 tablespoons (dry) of psyllium added to 3/4 cup of water or juice one half hour before I drink the oil/juice shake. As a result, I do not feel sick the next morning and I can eat high fat items immediately after drinking the shake. This time, I ate a huge ham and rye smothered in mayonnaise and a peanut butter and honey sandwich.
