Candida Thread?

Ive just started a anti-candida program (day 5). This nasty came out, about 15cm in length but hard to unravel it without breaking it.

It had dots of blood (mostly in the middle) on the end of the threads, I think this is where is had been digging into the intestine wall. My program must be making the Candida let go.
