Possible Worm In Feces???

I don't know if this is just a hair that I managed to digest (goodness knows I have long hair and it gets everywhere) or if it's (gulp, shudder)...a worm in my feces. The lump around the middle there, lower side of the photo, in the middle...there's something long and thin and white. Needless to say, I'm freaking out! I need help identifying whether this really is anything or if my imagination is just running away with me. If it IS a worm, I'll need advice on what kind, what to do and what to ask my doctor for. Very freaked out and not pleased about this!
