Possible worm cylinder of ready to hatch worms

This is a common thing to be excreted from a stool sample.

I have a high vegetable in take so there are many fibers in the stool.

But some of those fibers do not apear to be fibers at all. They contain rows of worms, with heads and tails, I have seen 2 types of heads, ones that seem to be tapeworms, and ones that could be hooworms.

Maybe someone can tell from this shot with some of the heads visible.
