LFoot rash 07 prIod

This is the foot as of early 07', sowign itchy rash that had been persisting and slowly spreading since Fall 06' after it first appeared Sring 06, prior to which this rash sort of came and went for 28 years, only spending a day or two before going away again on it's own, no treatment, just scratching, for 28 bleepin years.... and then....?
