EYE can see ... this ain’t normal!

this started after mouth and nasal creatures... I have no diagnosis STILL after 3 years.
I have a question ... have any of you been through several different species through out? This is what makes me sound delusional ... but they switch up ... Now its Filarial or micro Filarial... and newest place is hair on my head... and rogue hairs ... strays ... idk but welcome any information or reply to this and other images I will be uploading.
