First liver gallbladder flush, are these liver flukes?

Hi there, first time doing andreas moritz amazing liver and gall bladder flush, after a recent testicular cancer diagnosis. My first bowel movement produced these skins, and only a few large stones. The next movement produced close to 100 large dark stones and 100 small green stones. Hoping someone more knowledgeable can give me direction on the image, and whether I should do parasite cleanse or not
